Really? I've had nothing but 5 star customer service from dell - they had a replacement ps3 at my door within 2 days of calling, and I just had to drop off the old ps3 at ups.

My experience has been if it's in stock then you get it right away and if it's a pre-order then you're rolling the dice as to when you're getting it.
