Lol, even casinos don't care. I live in Vegas and have taken tons of pics in casinos of machines when I've won and other places. It's not illegal, it's just "not allowed". They can ask you to leave, or stop, but I've never seen it happen to anyone.

Meijer does prohibit photography inside the store, at least they did in the 90's.  The store I worked at had a McDonalds that had a bench where you could sit next to Ronald McDonald.  A local church, school, or whatever was having a scavenger hunt one Sunday.  One of the items on the list was to have your picture taken with Ronald McDonald.  That was a fun day.
