Sammy/Sega Merger.

It's a TRAP!

Though seriously, I'm still not sure how this will affect us in the long run- will Sammy and Sega continue producing their separate franchises, will they merge staff? No idea...

It probably means more Sega branded arcade games on the market, especially in Japan.

I'd be shocked if they made any drastic changes since both companies are presently making money, but they might have some redundancies that could be used to trim costs.

Hah hah, I know, I'm just messing around. Trying not to give up hope, ya know. But I know Sega just dicked us over big time.
