Went to the mall today, and at the Hot Topic they had an additional 50 percent clearence items. They had Samurai Champloo Volume 6 limited edition tin case dvd for 11.99. Note sure if all hot topics are having sale or even if the have the dvd on clearence so YMMV. Dvd only has 3 episodes, but for 5.98 i couldn't resist.

Not sure that I'd go into a goth store to get a deal, but yeah. From what I've heard, the price fluctuates at the Hot Topic stores... some places the DVD is retail price. Still, at $6 or retail price, it's worth it... I love Champloo.

I saw them there too. It's just the dvd in a different box. Why did they even make this, let alone sell it for $30 to emo kids at Hot Topic? I contemplated buying it but passed.
 
What in the hell is Champloo even doing in Hot Topic? I mean I can see Witch Hunter Robin and anime of that calibur, but it would seem that this would be better suited in a store that sells hip-hop related merchandise. Then again, it is on clearence . . .
 
man, i didnt even know hot topic sold anime. i may have to check this out though, i remember seeing an FLCL shirt that i've been eyeing and now this gives me a reason to go get it
