Lead by Audio Designer Allan Walker and Music Producer Craig Connor, the radio aspects of the game have been given a complete technical overhaul. Instead of looping the sounds heard on each station, for instance, the entire setup is dynamic -- which allows each DJ to react to events in the game in real time. What this means is, that each and every song will be given a different introduction based on who the DJ is, as well as being prefaced with comments on CJ's progress through the game. Additionally, players can expect to hear live weather bulletins, deadly accurate news updates, music blocks, custom track lead-ins and outs, and call-ins from people all over the state.
This is all looking really good so far.
i only recognize Tricky - Children's Story, that "..outer space, to find another race." song, and some Rage Against the Machine song.
Outta Space better not be on that damn game!

They are not releasing the entire soundtrack list, they are releasing a list of what is going to be on the 2-disc soundtrack. The complete listing (which will later sell on 8 discs) will not be revealed just yet.

There must be more than 10 stations. KDST isn't on that list above, but it's on the GTA radio, station 4. Talk Radio station is not on the GTA radio, so there are at least 11 stations.

I'm kinda bummed there are so many hip-hop and urban stations. .. I was hoping for some more of those stations like in the last 2 games. The adult contempory stations in GTA3, and the new wave and others in Vice. Not my favorite music, but they were at least listenable. I just can't listen to hip-hop and urban, so that's about half of the stations...

Andthere doesn't seem to be any good rock station. The progressive rock station, KDST? Eddie Money? That's not rock, that's crap ballads. Although I was very pleased to see Rage against the Machine on RadioX. Those guys are very anti-corporate, I'm kind of surprised they're on board.

Here's hoping they've got another 3 or 4 stations they haven't told us about yet.

Cool...thanks for the list.
I can't say that I know most of those songs, but perhaps I will once I hear them.

Yeah, I will probably be listening to Radio X a lot... It is kind of odd, there is a radio station in Pittsburgh called the X... Wonder if it has anything to do with this... I highly doubt it...
Um, that list is complete speculation and rumor.

Gamesradar.com had it posted as well.
Um, I would imagine that it's from the credits in the instruction book, and I got it from gamesradar. Instruction books and the case have been photographed and posted, how can you chalk this up to 'speculation and rumor' when final copies have already been sent to reviewers?

Cause this is what gamesradar said when they posted it:

Meanwhile, crossing over to the unofficial side of the street, a pack of rumours have been scampering round the net promising to be to full track listing for each one of the game's radio stations.

Not to mention that Death Row Records unintentionally leaked these songs that were supposed to be in the game:

snoop dogg- gin n juice
dre-let me ride
dre-nothing but a g thang

this game is only 1 week away and it gets better and better. More hip hop and rap is awesome and some house music can be good to listen to at times too

All that alternative and gansta rap takes me back. Soundgarden, Rage, and NWA stuff. :)
Edit: Can't forget alice in chains!
