saving Amazon promotional credit for later use?

I don't see the option to apply amazon's promotion credit for previous pre-orders now. Just automatically applied?

Yes, the videogame credits should be applied automatically. They are stored on your account and not activated by a code.

When you get to your payment selection there will be a credit card and it will have a check box saying "Apply promotional credit of xx.xx... xx being the total you have of course.

You can't apply amazon promotional credits on a previously placed order, at least not through the website.

However, some ppl was reportedly able to achieve that by contacting the CS. YMMV.
