Saving my ebay account

Okay so this guy beat me in a dispute over a used product. It was exactly as I listed it but he still won and chances are he will be sending me a swapped version of my item or random garbage. He has tracking with UPS and I still have the chance to refund his money and avoid a strike on my account. Should I just refund him now considering he already sent the package and PRAY he gave me my item back, or should I wait.

Do yourself a favor and wait. Also, if you're looking for good advice go to the seller central forum off of the eBay website. It's under the "Community" link then "Discussion Forums" and then "Seller Central".

They've helped me in the past.
