Looks can be deceiving, of course. You may still luck out and get a decent deal afterall. Please let us know what happens either way!
 
All you have to do is file a dispute with Paypal (as long as you used Paypal) If they can't provide a tracking number you win and Paypal will take the funds from their account and put it in yours.

Unless of course they cancel their Paypal or checking account.

Yeah I already filed a paypal dispute, I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

Well what's going to happen is if he gets any funds added to his account from elsewhere they will send you the funds.

But if he closes his Paypal account you are S.O.L.

Yeah it's a pretty crappy situation, but whatever - Worse things have happened I guess. I could have put that $225 towards Star Trek DVDs though!!!

Shit man that sucks . . . I thought it was legit because it seemed too complicated to be a scam.
 
That DOES seem to good to be true...now I will read the rest of the topic and see if he was scammed or not.

Edit: Yup figured.
