Sign up and get 20 pruchase points for free. To trade you need to buy a token. The first one costs like $2.50 and then from then on they cost $5 each.
With these 20 points you can get some pretty good games. For example, Xbox games like Halo cost 10 points; Halo 2 costs 20 points; and Fable costs 10 points and there are many many more.
You can get games for a xbox, xbox 360, PS2, PS3, Wii, Gamecube, Gameboy Advance, DS, PSP, and PC.
