SC: Chaos Theory $20

Hey I was recently in the dreaded Wal-Mart and was able to purchase SC: Chaos Theory for $20 bucks(brand new). I don't know if this was priced wrong or if the price has been already dropped. Was this a good deal or was it a waste of time? If it was, I'm gonna try and get me a few more copies.

It actually retails for $29.99, and yeah, the CE is also $29.99.
