SC:CT CE for $30?

I thought I read somewhere that Splinter Cell Chaos Theory CE would be on sale for $30 somewhere, can somebody help guide me?

PS2 version is $30 dollars at EBGames B&M the last time I was there. Both CE and regular same price.

At EB, the PS2 & GC CE are $29.99. PC is $34.99 I believe.

That's you and just about everyone else on the planet. They're dropping the price on the over version because nobody (relatively) is buying them. =)
