Hmmm but i do plan to spend my first year of retirement on a cardboard box full of toys and video games XD.

How long did it take for eveyone to pay off there college debts? I know the amount varies alot depending on how many and what classes were taken at what college and what job you got afterwards but still how long?

I met this really hot girl in my public speaking class, and she asked me to be her partner for the group speeches. I actually met her last semester in Western Civ. She says that I should ask around campus about who's slack in terms of difficulty and told me about ratemyprofessor.com. It turns out my Bio 101 lecturer and lab professors are really good, and so is my online philosophy teacher. I looked up my old Western Civ teacher and he got good scores too, which he deserved.

Then the worst thing that could happen!! My course in a bag Sociology professor is racist and feminist (I could tell by the way she would talk about others in the videos) and worst (and more importantly by far) of all, her tests have nothing to do with the tapes or the text!!! There are a ton of negative reviews and not even one positive or neutral! It says she refuses to help or even acknowledge the existence of her online or CiB students, and its true! I sent an e-mail and it has been over a week and no reply. Her syllabus is full of shit, it doesn't even cover chapters 16-20 on any of her tests but they are on the final exam which is the same exam that every Sociology student takes (its Departmental). She is terrible at teaching too. She pauses at the wrong times and she just keeps on talking and I have to pause the tapes to get down what is on the powerpoints, but she is never in sync with them anyways. Her lectures are really just some terms and examples from the book mixed in with her rants about how we are "color concious" and talks about the "feminist experience of sociology" way too much. I take her first test on 9/2 and if it has ANYTHING not the book, tapes, or notes I will make sure she pays. I will go straight to the head of the Sociology department. She has a doctorate, so I expect her to be professional and not some anti-social (especailly being a Sociologist!) bitch.

Im takin 7 classes starting at 7:20 and ending at 2:25. I have P.E. last period of the day, so fuck that, I'm using a P.E. waiver and taking digital art and design instead. I hate school, but its easy and there are a lot of hot chicks.
Enjoy school and stay there as long as you can (not to quote Billy Madison or anything) - you'll never have the same social opportunities again. I'm 25 and enjoy working and making cash, but would love to go back as an undergrad. The best part about working is that you go home at 5pm and have no HW!
If you have a job where you don't have to bring work home, consider yourself very lucky. I think the average person with any type of real importance or responibilty at their workplace still has to either stay late, or bring work home, in order to really be ontop of their workload. It would be great to be able to forget about work at quiting time everyday, but most people I know are unable to leave their job at the office, and are constantly thinking about what they need to do the next day.

I realy look forward to school starting up- causes the roads to become less congested and when I take a day off during the middle of the week, all the children are in class.

Hooray School!!!!

or...

School & homework FTW!

I'd be totally fine with school if there were no tests or essays because I dont mind sitting there in lectures and doing homework. Its the freaking tests that kill my grades

unfortunately thats how it is at most colleges, doing hw and them not being graded so only for your own benefit.

I am still paying 7 years after graduation. I have about 12k left.

Classes start on the 7th, and I don't even have my schedule yet. Placement tests on Monday... I kinda wanna start, but kinda don't. I really want to, because I'm all ready to meet new friends now that most have gone out of state.
