How the hell are you suppose to know exactly when and where an earthquake is going to hit? They can't put God/Earth on trial, but they can sure put scientists on trial huh?

I would instead blame anyone who designed so called earthquake proof buildings, that if they were found to be guilty for doing a shotty job, then yes convict them.......
