I was just browsing through Amazon and noticed this. I know a lot of people love the music from the game and were asking for an official soundtrack. It includes 24 tracks in MP3 for that $7.99 price,

I'm aware that there was an unofficial soundtrack posted here earlier as well with 18 tracks btw, not sure where to find it now though, but it's nice to have the official one.

Also if you're interested in the books Amazon has all six for prices ranging from 4.49 to 4.99. Pretty great deal in my opinion.

Sweet, been meaning to pick up the books. These are awesome prices (and comes out almost exactly to $25, so free shipping!)
 
Bought the first three books to see if I'd want the remaining three, but then had volume 5 in my daily picks or whatever, which knocked another 40-50 cents off it...so I just bought the other three. Six books for less than the cost of lunch each week seems like a good deal to me.
 
I bought these when they were still at 4.99 after i had already read them. Couldn't pass them up. They're awesome and I recommend anyone to give them a shot at this price, you won't put it down....well unless you're significant other comes in in a seductive manner...then just maybe...
 
I watched and really liked the movie. So, I decided to pick up all 6 volumes for $25.33 with FSSS a day ago. Will the prices keep dropping?

Yeah it's getting crazy. I'm fairly ok with the prices I paid though - came out to around $25.32 or something, which was just enough for super saver shipping. Any cheaper and I'd have had to stick something else on the order :p
 
Not sure if anyone mentioned it but the videogame soundtrack is also on Zune Marketplace for 800 points. Might be worth it if you have extra points around like myself. Zune Marketplace usually has slightly better quality MP3 encoding than Amazon MP3 also, if you care about that.
 
Nice, that's the lowest price for all 6 so far, $23.87 right now. I finally bit, with the small amount of credit I had it came to $18.25 (thank you, free $5 magazine credit.)
 
Thanks for all the posts, guys. With a $10 credit, I paid $14 and change for all 6. Should be fun reading after I get back from my weekend excursion to Vegas!

yeah I haven't seen the movie, but I've read books 1 & 2 and half way through 3. The books actually makes me "LOL" and chuckle.. they're so... "generationally relevent" is how I tried describe it to my gf.
 
Great price. Ill be getting a set. Ive been checking these out from the local library and im up to book 5 but they dont have that one.
