Screwdriver to open controller?

where can i buy the screwdriver needed to open an xbox 360 wireless controller. i beleive its a torx #15 driver but i need one that had a hole in the middle. i searched sites like llama.com but they only say you need a phillips screwdriver which isnt true. any idea where i can order one?

do a google/ebay/etc search for T8H or T8H Torx

If you have a normal torx 8 or a small phillips and a 1/16" drill bit, you can open it no problem. Just stick the drill bit in and twist. The security nub will pop off. I could even do it with just two fingers, so you don't need to use a drill. Then
just unscrew it.

You can buy the bits at any auto parts store. The only thing is, they likely won't fit the hole, so you'll need a drill to widen the holes to get them down to the screws.

Its a star bit btw.

That's who I got mines from, I paid $2 more 3 months ago. Recommended seller. You may be able to find it cheaper but I know that this seller delivers what you need. And if you're trying to fix the d-pad, let me tell you this, it works better but still sucks.

FYI, the phillips screwdriver is for wired controllers.

Same thing as the link above just from amazon. You can use a small flat screwdriver like the ones in the eyeglass kits, just dont force it too much or you could strip the internal Torx feature on the screw.
