These are the next 2 games I have on my backlog list to play but was wondering with the hype that E3 has given to Uncharted 3 and Mass Effect 3 would it be better to keep these sealed till those games come out?
I really want to play them both but dont want to be missing out on a potenial payday when the sequels are released.

Thanks,

I think the real money for Mass Effect is in the CE, so I don't think it matters for that one. I've seen plenty of Uncharted 1 non GH new on ebay that don't go for a lot, so I don't think that one really matters anyway. That's just my 2 cents though. :3

It still amazes me how Mass Effect 1 CE went for $500 + on ebay 0_o

I'd say buy it used from gohastings or amazon, must be about $10 for Mass effect 1

I saw one sell for #1200 (graded) and one sell for $700 (not graded). I sold my copy a few months after launch for $85. The damn thing was barely selling above retail and then it had to become ultra after I sold it. I didn't think it would ever go up in value... especially not 10x it's original price.:whistle2:/
Uncharted was mass printed for those Dualshock 3 bundles, so it's worthless now.
Weren't those ones in the red GH cases?

Yes they were the ugly red covers, no reprints of black label copies. And I just did a quick look on Ebay for Uncharted. Didn't check ending auctions, just brand new black label copies. The cheapest is ~$41 from a seller in Canada and there are less than 10 black label copies total as most put a pic up of the black label, but in the description, they wisely say it as a GH version. The next cheapest was ~$57 and then it went up to $80 and above.

If you are not in need of quick cash, I say hold on to them and get GH versions or worse, used, if you really want to play them. The price is not going to get much lower than $50 and will only get higher as those cheap ones disappear:cool:
