Does SecondSpin still ship games complete and in good condition?

I definitely ordered a bunch of games from them a few years back. They were much better than GameStop. Things haven't changed have they?
 
I haven't ordered from secondspin/wherehouse in years (2007 according to the site). I bought an Xbox 360 game and 2 dvds. The xbox game was in really bad shape, artwork on the cover has water damage, dirty case, disc has many noticeable marks and there is a sticker on the small ring part of the disc.

One of the dvds I ordered is all scratched up but it was because the disc holder thingie broke and the disc was loose. Everything works in any case so I can't really fault them.
 
I have been trading into secondspin for 10 years now. They seem to be extremely picky about condition because quite a few things get returned to me and I keep my stuff in good condition.

I rarely purchase from them, though, so maybe they source their stuff from elsewhere as well.
