Haven't seen any posts about this yet, which kind of surprised me.....So....has anyone gotten this yet and any thoughts on it? Mostly interested in hearing about the single player campaign....honestly not a multiplayer type of guy.
 
My thoughts: the first one sucked and it looked like a PS1 game. No way I'm playing this one since I can't gamefly it.
 
I thought the graphics on this one looked pretty decent, especially for a XBLA game. Just haven't gotten to try it out for more than 5 minutes yet though.

Anyone actually play it yet?
 
I played the PC beta and wanted to get into it a lot. But there's so much going on and i honestly didn't take the time to learn the controls. I will be buying it on PC though since reviews have been good and I love class based FPS's like this. And jetpacks help since I liked Tribes!
 
I got it. I loved the first ones multiplayer, but the community for it died out. I bet this one will last longer on the multiplayer because its so cheap and its an arcade game.
The first Section 8 game had a terrible singleplayer, but this time around its a ton better so far.

I really enjoy it! :D
 
I liked the beta a lot. Think of it this way: you're getting a $60 game for $15.

So, as *they* like to say, pack lunch a few times and but this instead!

Nice to know we have atleast one idiot on CAG.

Anywho, this game is great! The multiplayer is really great once you get the hang of it. The campaign is really nice too. For $15 you can't go wrong at all!
 
Thanks for the info guys. I've got the full version downloading on my xbox now.

Another quick question...is it Really worth it do download the Blitz pack as well? I know it's only $5 ($3 really, but gotta buy the $5 points pack) but that's a chunk of change for me in addition to the $15 I just forked out.....
 
the blitz pack, could help out with the lower level people.

this game is incredible and should be owned by everyone, so much content and once you figure everything out, its great.
 
i barely finished the first level, and it was decent so far. the bots are pretty ok. graphics are good for a >2GB download.

OP said he's not into multiplayer, but i say that's where 80% of the game is at. it's very fun!

for $15 + april 5% XBL points back, it's worth it.
 
Have only played the single player so far, and it's not bad for a DL only game. Will eventually try some multiplayer.

About the points back thing....Since january I've bought a crapload of sale xbl games +dlc, and have gotten the email about my monthly points thing, but have never actually gotten any points back....That whole thing is questionable IMHO.
