CAGiversary!
I have been having issues with someone messing with the cars in my driveway and I think I know who it is. Only I have nothing showing it is them. I bought one of them WiLife camers from Logitech only it stopped working today and I took it back. It was the indoor camera and I had it looking out a window. It had no sort of night vision only if I changed the brightness and contrast I could see what it was recording at night.

So now I'm looking for somthing that is wirless or I can plug in to a power outlet and then plug another plug into an outlet and into my computer like the WiLife system worked. I need something with good video quality and some sort of night vision when it comes to low light. I don't want to spend a lot and was looking at maybe around 300 bucks at most. Anyone have any ideas?

I checked amazon before I posted this thread. I was just looking to see if anyone on here had used some in the past. As for the wirless one it uses a 9volt battery and from what the review said it goes through them fast. Wired is not an option unless you use an electrical outlet.

lmao funny stuff.

serious response: why not find a camera you can put in your car they make all kinds of spy cameras you can hide in things like stuffed animals or cans and such. since it seems like you only need it to work through the night im sure you can find a wireless camera that you can keep in your car for the night.

jackass response: why not order up a kid from a 3rd world country to leave inside your car overnight nobody would dare try to break into it with someone in there watching them..........unless theyre a pedo then youd have to worry about them breaking into your car to get at the kid .
Do what Soodmeg did. Throw your camcorder out the window, then kick the shit out of 12 year olds.
I remember that, so damn funny. OP just wait till it happens with a gun and scare them off or chase them down.

Might I ask what are they doing to your car?

Plates have been taken from one car and the other one that is mine has had stuff throughn on my car to damage the pain and the gas tank has been messed with.

I have a $60ish Swann security cam. Anyway it is hooked into a capture card + free security software. I used to live in South Phoenix and that cam caught 2 different people stealing my roommate's car.

when my sisters car was being f'd with I just set up her camcorder by a window w/ night vision on. she turned it on when she went to sleep.
I guess the person messed with it twice and then never again so after about a week she stopped recording.

The SVAT can use an outlet: "It is powered by the included AC adapter, or for ultimate portability, plug it into a 9-volt battery."

Look into the hunting cameras. They're only active when there is motion and come with night vision standard on the nicer ones. Made to mount easily and totally enclosed/wireless.

Also; calling the police before you do this is always good so you have it on record you tried to get their assistance before you start beating kids with a bat.
