Sega Saturn-- Power Converter?

I know you need a power converter to play a Japanese PS2 in the U.S, do you need one for a Japanese Saturn?

You prolly need one... in fact, yeah, you would. Pretty sure that any Japanese electronic device is going to need a converter (forget if it's a step up or step down converter though.)

On the back of the Saturn it says,

AC 100V 50/60Hz

Would I still need one?

I've had my japanese derby saturn hooked up for a few years with no problems in the US. Plug it in and play!

No Japanese electronics need a power converter to work in the US. They are all plug and play.

Really? What about Japanese PS2's, don't those run at 220V?
