Someone needs to pick up this heck of a great deal on a GBA player.

Socheata's a class act, nice guy, easy to deal with. I know someone out there has money burning a hole in their pocket to pick this up. :D
Maybe if it was cheaper; I can pick it up new for $35 anytime I want.
... show it then

Indeed. Last time I checked, $40 was about as cheap as I've seen it of recent.

Share the love with your fellow CAGs.

Really?

How about hooking up some CAGs with a deal like that?

After all the questions, I checked up online prices for the GBP and only just now realized that $50 is its regular price. My local Best Buy has it for $40 and with a GGC it drops to $35. They've had it at $40 for so long that I thought it was the regular price. I suppose it's just a YMMV deal then?

Sorry, Socheata, I really didn't mean to crap on your thread with a YMMV price...

EB games has them used at $40, but with cag15 and free shipping you can get it for $34 shipped (or $30 if you have an edge card). But with EB you don't get the documentation and can't check on the condition.

Help a fellow CAG out ya'll. =)

Bump for you. I'm tempted, but I just beat my castlevania games and don't feel like going through them again. =)

Hmmmm...very tempting. I passed on one of these for $35 shipped a while back hoping to get a better price, but alas, nothing yet. But now I have more GBA games to play. I was hoping to only pay $30 shipped for a used one. Bah! I'm gonna sleep on this one. I may check my BB before I do anything...
anyone know if there will be a DS player for the cube.

Also how good of a player is it ? is it just like the SNES one
I would love to see a DS Player for the Cube, but I don't think Nintendo would do something like that. Especially since they skipped out on the Nintendo 64 when it comes to having a peripheral that could play Game Boy games (the Transfer Pak only played the Pokemon games with Pokemon Stadium, so that didn't count ;)).

As for the Game Boy Player itself, it's pretty much like the Super Game Boy for SNES. It also has a few borders you can choose from (same feature as the Super Game Boy) when playing your GB/GBC/GBA game.

I can't imagine a DS Player for the GC would be a practical accessory. You'd need a special controller with a screen built in, and your head would eventually just fall off from looking up and down. That being said, Nintendo has never been practical when it comes to these types of things, so who knows.

You know you'll end up buying it, I'm sure of it. :D
