They work for you because you have a session variable set telling their system what user you are.
 
Because you listed the generic links that takes everybody to their own lists if they have a GTZ account. It takes me to my account but since Mgreig doesn't have an account, he gets nothing.

This is how the links should be:
Games - http://gametz.com/usertab/USERNAME/tab/Games.html
Movies - http://gametz.com/usertab/USERNAME/tab/Movies.html

The places where it says username, you should put your GTZ username so we can look at your lists. (Those links won't work unless there's a username in there.)
