Sending Private Messages to more than one person?

I searched around and didn't find any information about being able to send PMs to more than one person at a time. When is a member able to send PMs to more than one member at a time and what are the requirements to attain this ability?

I ask because it's rather difficult to organize things like gameshares if you can't send out one PM to multiple members.

It might be because I'm a mod, but right under the Recipient Username(s) box it says "Separate multiple user names with ';'"

I think its due to your status on the site. I'm also a 'CAG in Training', so I can only send one at a time. Its good for preventing spam, but I also find it frustrating when you try to organize games online.
