I've never used the site myself, but I've heard that it's a reasonably reputable company with a decent enough track record in terms of delivering pre-ordered items in time for release. Someone else might be able to give you a more in-depth review, but I haven't heard any particularly worrying horror stories about the site myself.
 
I've bought 'released' items from them without any issue - however they are part of "the hut group" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Hut_Group which includes Zavvi who i have had 'delays' on pre-releases from.

Given that link I probably wouldn't go for anything you *want* to have on Day 1 (Like a Battlefield or a Modern Warfare)
 
Yeah i noticed they were part of The Hut, which then made me think of Zavvi who have been really poor for delivery for me.

Think ill pass...
