BTW: What happens if your 60GB breaks since Sony is no longer making them?
Many people may ask that question, but here's what SCEA does:
Sony has a pretty big stock of refurb. 20GB, 60GB, 40GB, and 80GB consoles. Whichever console breaks on you, is the one you'll get back. All SCEA does is send someone back a refurb of their model, and fix their old model and put it in the refurb pack to send out to someone else. From what I have heard, they never will have a problem UNLESS there's a mass PS3 breaking and the consoles can no longer be fixed. That's the situation, because the 20GB was discontinued at the end of 2006, and when someone got a 20GB that was dead on arrival (at PSU), they just said they'd replace it with another (this was a few months ago), but he ended up finding another Gamestop with it.
There were people who were worried when their 60GB broke also, but they were told they would get a 60GB back, and that's what they did. The only problem with the 20GB and 60GB models is I don't believe there any are made after March 2007 (There might be May 07, but I doubt it).
The only SKU with some stock issues is the 40GB I believe (since I heard someone who got an email stating it may take longer to get one back), but that's because the SKU is still relatively new and there just hasn't been all that many repaired yet (but over time won't be a problem).
There's snow outside.
( It was 65 degrees on Sunday, then Tuesday is snowed and it's cold.
