SF IV Tournament Stick stopped working. What to do?

I'm pissed and sad at the same time.

My street fighter iv tournament stick stopped working. Well the joystick did but the buttons work. How this happened I have no idea. It was not dropped opened or anything.

I purchased it on April 16 from a Gamestop 45 minutes from me. After waiting like 6 months for compsource to come through. (They suck!). $162.55. This POS breaks on me. WTF?!?

I don't want a refund but feel I am entitled to a brand new arcade stick. I emailed and looked at madcatz site and I'm looking at 4-6 weeks to get it back.

Now I have the box in mint shape with the gamestop sticker on the front and the receipt. Will gamestop replace it? (According to the gamestop site there are two stores near me that have it.) But its been more than 30 days.

What do I do? MVC2 is coming out soon. I want to play SFIV now. #-o

Call Mad Catz. That's the fastest way unless you wanna open it up and try it out.

Which version is it, PS3 or 360?

The joystick not working is odd. Make sure if you're navigating it is set to DP setting not LS.

Just send it back to Madcatz and play something else in the meantime.
