I own the Sharkoon SX headset, but I got to try the Sharkoon Xtatic Digital 5.1 Headset at PAX East in Boston a few weeks back, and they were the best headsets I've used on the Xbox 360.
 
Wait...I wouldn't exactly call these "deals". Been keeping an eye out for a deal on a gaming headset lately.
 
The x-tatic digital 5.1 is amazing. I use it all the time. It is going for 160 on amazon, so 140 is actually not a bad price at all.
 
Great looking headsets, and I hear nothing but great things about them. All reviews I have read rank them as one of the better gaming headsets available.
