After seeing this thread I drove down to the mall thats like 5 minutes down the street and grabbed the only "new" copy they had there. Sadly it doesn't have the instruction booklet. But still it was $10 and I couldn't pass that up so I bought it. I was tempted to grab it back when it dropped to $20 glad I waited it out Thanks OP!

I don't know how many people are still looking for this game but gamestop.com had used copies for sale last night. I was able to place an order but I don't see them this morning. I ordered around midnight. Here's to hoping I get decent copies of the games. Otherwise I will just return them to the B&M store.
