It may be a port, but I don't think it ever left the Japanese shores for the Saturn.
It's almost guaranteed it will come over here, since the Shin Megami games have caught on over here, and Atlus is bringing them out by the truckload.

Just the aforementioned PSP port/remake of the first Devil Summoner and the announcement of the Devil Summoner 3 for the PS2. Outside of that I haven't heard of any more games in development for the SMT universe...

By that I meant we barely got anything in the way of SMT for a long time (barring Persona 1 and 2) and all of a sudden Atlus seems more than happy to bring more over suddenly.
Nocturne, DDS 1 and 2, Demikids... I remember Atlus was always hesitant to bring over more SMT games, but now it seems they've embraced it. I know Atlus will port this game over - hell, people would buy a PSP for it, like yourself
