I have a sealed Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne up for sale, and yes it has the bonus soundtrack, as all the first prints do. I will let it go for $44 shipped First Class w/ Delivery Confirmation.

Not looking for any trades right now, unless it's money (minimum of $35) + a game on my want list.

Bought this, at an online store and decided I needed the money instead. I could refund it, but it'll be too much of a hassle. I would get $42 if I did the refund, so now, I'm just gonna see if anyone wants me to pay $42 + shipping. I'll lose money either way, but I figure someone here gets a copy of SMT: N for less than retail.

UPDATE: It's now been sold. Thanks for all the advice, interest and bumps. Yes, even the troll Devin. Sorry to some of the people with whom I wasn't able to work out a deal with and whose offers I declined. Hope you get your hands on this game soon. :)

Agreed, saving only 5 bucks ins't a deal. Even though this is probably a good game, it's also the type of game that will be overlooked by many gamers and be down to 30 bucks within a couple months.
Also, any hopes you might have had of selling it get thrown on the window by your need to bump yourself constantly and insult other people.
Just figured you could use a free bump for the late night/ morning crowd before I went to bed!
Thanks jimbo, hopefully you get the Kouelka instructions for a cheap price. Or else, let me know, I'll lower the price of Koudelka some more.
that price is way too high for our cheap asses - I say do the refund -
I might just do that, I'll just wait it out for a couple of days. Don't be fooled by the topic date, I started to post this only last night. This was a topic about selling GBA games, but I changed it.

Thanks for the analysis, but I think I will do just fine. Check the dates and you'll see that I bumped excessively on the 31st. And that was just because there was heavy trading going on that day.

i think what hurts him is the fact that Toys R Us just had their 2 for 1 sale so many picked up this game for $33...also this game is not popular enough to try and sale for $45 dollars...i say just do the refund you might lose out on shipping but i am positive that you will get no more than $35...even on ebay the game goes for around $35 and as this being Cheapassgamer no way I see you selling this game for $45

plus i remember seeing someone trying to sell GTA SA for $43 and he had tons of trouble doing so and that is one of the most popular games that was just released...i think he sold it on buy.com

I think that was half.com. Yea, I agree with you. But still, I'm just gonna wait it out. No harm, since I have 30 days to do something about it.

Thanks for all the advice and free bumps though.

TRU did have their 2 for 1 sale, but SMT: Nocturne wasn't available at many stores. Around here, copies aren't very common anywhere. You guys might be kicking yourselves in five or six months, when this is the next Disgaea.

Anyways though, nachzeher good luck trying to sell this. I'm marking this post and depending on how quickly I beat some games I gave I may come a calling for your game in a week or so if you still have it.
However as far as defiance's comment.

I don't understand that. Disagea can still be found for $50, so even if this is the next Disagea all I'm really costing myself is 5 bucks or so. I don't think I'll be kicking myself too hard over 5 bucks, I'm cheap but also afraid of pain.

Disgaea disappeared off the face of the earth for about eight months, and thankfully Atlus decided to re-release it in July. Five or six months after it was initially released, if you wanted it, you had to be willing to pay around $80-100.
It may or may not be the same situation with SMT, but this game is already relatively difficult to find, and there's no guarantee it will still be available in a year. I just think $45 shipped is a lot more reasonable than you guys are trying to make it seem.

Let me clairfy my situation. I don't think $45 shipped is too expensive, if I didn't have a bunch of games to play I'd probably jump all over it in fact. Sorry if I sounded negative, just thinking maybe you'd have better luck dropping it to $40, but that might be a big chunk out of your pocket so if that is the case don't do it. Just remember many people on this board are used to getting games for 20-30 bucks so 45 seems high incomparison.

If they're gonna buy it from you online for $45.00, and not get it in the mail for another 1 to 2 weeks, then they're way better off going to the store and buying it for $49.99 and getting the game right there on the spot. nachzeher, your sale is kind of a rip-off...

But, good luck finding someone who will buy it.

The above post is dumb. You save about 9 bucks including tax. Most people can wait a few days to get their stuff and have other games to play.

Anyways bump and to say that the soundtrack with the game is pretty damn good. There's not a standout song, but there's a ton of really good tracks. The rock and techno stuff keep it from being too dark. I hope the game is as good as the soundtrack.

Oh, and you might want to hang on to it for a few. This month is a killer on most people with all the good stuff coming out. If you don't return it, probably beginning of December, or after Xmas when people have gift money you might get your price easier.

I ship pretty fast, it'll get there by Wednesday if I ship it out tomorrow, not 1-2 weeks. Talk to me when you've done some trades under your belt.

Are you here just to crap on everyone's post? You did this with shrike when he wanted to help people get some games from his TRU and now this?

I'm aware that the sale price is sort of high, but I'm not lowering it because I have another alternative to do if this is not sold. The reason I put up $45 is because no one pays for whatever price is being offered, they always try to lowball, I do it too. I'd let it go at $43, that's the bare minimum, anything below that, I'm better off returning this to the store.

Rip off? If I were selling this at $55, then it's a rip off, as it stands, this is still costing less than what you can find in a retail store. Devin you, sir, are a troll.

Yeah I was happy to pay $44 for GTA SA shipped since it only took 2 days to arrive and that's $10 cheaper than it would costs with our great 9% sales tax. And as far as the TRU sale goes you can get it cheaper if your willing to spend $100 on games, I find myself a bit to cheap to lay that down all at once.

I might, but I can't wait that long, and I would rather have the money. If the sale doesn't work out, I'll do the refund and take a hit on the shipping, no problem.

Dont worry about it, I didn't mind. But I can't drop it to $40, because I'll lose more than if I did the refund.

its hard for people to throw down 45 dollars right with so many games just released and many soon to be...GTA:SA R&C just dropped with Halo 2, half-life 2, Jak3, MGS3, MP2...just so many great games...it will be hard to sell

i would pay 35 shipped for the game but you can get more by just returning the game...its definitely a game i want to play too bad i am not a millionaire

Yea, I gotcha. I don't think any millionares will be hanging around on CAG. :D

I almost did the same thing with the TRU sale last week. I bought like 12 games and was going to either keep them or return them right before the time limit. Then I decided I wanted the money right away so I took them all back. A sad sad day that was, seeing Paper Mario 2, GTA:SA, Star Ocean, etc. all leaving me.
Ah well, just a little bump.

Lol, so far I've gotten more free bumps than offers, about 2:1 ratio there. But thanks, keep them coming.

I know how you feel, I would rather keep this game, but sometimes, other things take precedence.
Are you here just to crap on everyone's post? You did this with shrike when he wanted to help people get some games from his TRU and now this?
What a hypocrite! I remember a few weeks ago when Owen was trying to sell his Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas brand new and *sealed* for $44.00 (gee! kinda like YOUR thread here, don't ya think?), and all you could do was "crap" on his thread by saying "Gamerush?". I guess you were implying that someone was better off buying the game at Gamerush rather than buying it from Owen online.

nachzeher... you, sir, are a hypocrite.

Devin your a friggin idiot, everyone was joking about where Owen got the games from and Nachzeher added to it, but apperently you don't understand the idea of humor.

Oh and nachzeher I noticed you chanced your avatar again, I'm really not sure what I think about this one.

lol, it's more Fire Emblem goodness. :D. But I gotta close this topic, the game is already sold.

Looks like Devin was born without a sense of humour, even Owen realized that we were joking. I'm actually flattered that I have a stalker who checks through my posts for random things I say and try to throw it back in my face. Just keep your distance Mark Chapman.

not a problem at all I just wound up with about 30 paypal and its a pain to get my bank to accept it. Anyhow I already spent half of it on thousand arms so I'm quite happy at the moment. :D

I just couldn't believe what a bastard Devin was trying to be, suggesting something is one thing, being a jackass is something else.

Lol, don't worry about it. I've crapped in my share of threads too. But I don't do it anymore, at elast i try not to. If you take stuff too seriously, you'll never get much fun out of it.

Very true but its not the first time he's done it and its a bit more than crapping anyhow I'm still trying to get this record of lodoss war off my hands so if you run across anything fun let me know.
