Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey w/OST - $20 (Amazon and Gamestop)

i played it for around 4 hours ad toss it in the corner.. one day i hope to go back to it just like all of the other shin handheld games ....

It was a buck less during the Prelude to Black Friday deals a few days ago. If you're into dungeon crawlers this is a great title to pick up. The outerbox and soundtrack are also a nice add-on and looks great in the collection. =]

My favorite game of 2010. The first area/dungeon is kinda slow, but after that it gets much better. I put well over 100 hours into it.

Agreed with Wastedyears. A very strong contender for my favorite game of the year. A no brainer at this price.

You should be aware that the soundtrack sampler CDs were improperly pressed. They're data discs containing WAVs, not audio discs. There was a replacement program, but it has expired.

If you're going to rip the music and toss the CD in a closet, then this error shouldn't matter to you, but you're out of luck if you want to listen to this CD on your Discman.

Thanks for the information. That's a real bummer.

This is easily my favorite DS game. Period.
wish it would go lower since I've seen it new at $20 before.
I can definitely understand where you're coming from as I also have that CAG mentality, but I'm getting to the point where I wonder if it is worth holding off for that extra $5 - $10. Especially when I see myself not even thinking twice if I spend that much on a tip when I'm out eating, but I guess it's that mentality that has helped me save money so I have the extra money for the other things. It's the fine art of CAG of trying to get the game as cheap as possible while still being available at retail.

yeah I totally agree. I tried to wait as long as possible and missed out on some games that went out of production and then shot way up in price.
