Should i get Star Wars KOTR for pc or xbox?

Now that they are both around the same price i am wondering if i should get Star Wars KOTR for pc or for xbox. Has anyone played the pc version? What are your thoughts on it? Anyone played both and have a recomondation? My comp is ok, i can run Halo at a decent resolution but still get some frame rate issues.
 
I've played a bit of both, and they're both good. I remember reading that there were graphical updates for the PC version and some new content, but if you aren't sure that your PC can run it well enough (check the required system specs) then just go with the Xbox version.
 
If you can run Halo, then you shouldn't have any trouble With KoTOR at similar resolutions. Go ahead and get the pc version. It's a big install, but that game was meant to be played with a mouse.

There actually is some new content now available for Xbox KOTOR via Live if you've got a connection. As as result, I'd go with the version for the system you feel most comfortable playing (PC vs. Xbox). I'm not a big PC gamer myself, but if you are, that's probably the better version overall.
 
But if you don't have live on SexBox you can't dl the content, to the PC is better,

That same content is in the pc updates.

I don't play PC very often, but meh.. this game is just not a console game and I was glad to play it on PC.
 
I prefer the console version. I get tired of sitting in front of my computer all day working so I would prefer to be in the living room playing games versus at my desk.
 
It depends. If your graphics card can handle it smoothly, then go for the PC version. However, if the frames are really laggy, you might have a better experience with the Xbox version.
 
PC version is buggy, and if you don't have a fairly new PC it can bog down quite a bit. I'd go for the XBox version.

Both are fairly cheap now though...bottom line is, play it any way you can.
 
I don't see why you say the PC version is buggy. I finished the game two times over (light and dark) with all side quests without running into a single bug.

Anytime a game is cross-platform, I'd take the PC version over the console. Mainly because of the higher res.

It wasn't BAD for me when I tried it (played about 1/4th of the way through), but I had more problems than I did when I played the XBox version all the way through. Obviously PC experiences differ from person to person.

well you can always pick up an xbox mag im sure it was, or will be in there

Strange.. it's generally agreed that the X Box version is bugged very badly.
