I didn't want to go to the bar tonight just so I could save money, but a friend talked me into it with the promise of paying me the $55 dollars he owes me. He didn't give me any money, but I got free tacos, free drinks and one of my friends got half naked and danced on the bar with a couple females. I lol'd and drank for $free.99.
You better hope your DVD drive isn't dying.
Knowing my luck, it probably is. It played the game forever then did it once. Then I got another few hours out of it and then freeze at the load screen going into a match on MW2. Then reboot and get into a game, only to get hit with what appears to be a permanent error. Hopefully it's just overworked and will be fine in the AM. Time will tell.
I wish I could find the warranty info for Walmart. Got a warranty, but forget the length for it.
I woke up with the worst headache ever.

I asked off today on Friday, because I wanted to get to go to dinner with my family and girlfriend tonight, and my boss still hasn't told me if I'm working or not. I wouldn't have asked at all, but I worked an extra three hour shift yesterday which really should make up for the one I'd miss tonight.
Anyone know anything about Wal Mart warranties? Pretty sure my 360 DVD drive is busted. Either that or I am going to own a busted copy of MW2 from Family Video. Go figure.

wal mart warranty? like a best buy replacement plan or costco thing?
craven, try using a lens cleaner disc to clean the lens for your 360. After that install the game to your HD and you shouldn't have any issues.
Depending on your drive, they each have their own set of issues. Samsungs tend to get the drives stuck and won't open unless there's a disc in it, Hitachis tend to overheat and die easy, while Liteons tend to get the lasers dirty easy causing the error you described.
Do the special ops missions get harder with a coop partner?
I think they get easier. Once you're on veteran difficulty, you're on veteran. If you have a good partner though, it should get easier, since you've got another competent player.
That thing is ready. I'll mail it on my way into the office tomorrow.
Shit, I'm on fire today. Two games in a row with 2.5:1 K/D!
Sorry I missed you last night. Send me a friend request and we'll play some later...

It's okay, I only played like two games last night anyways. Friend request is sent.
Found out Jake's favorite food is turkey. Made turkey burgers and some drippings got on the kitchen floor. damn dog laid down and licked it for like 20 minutes.
I said it and bought a Sony BRAVIA 32" 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV KDL-32XBR9. I guess I can be classified as a Sony whore now.
Really nice TV.
At 32" you really won't be able to notice the difference between 1080p and 720p, though. I think, in general, the rule is 50"+ but can be argued for mid-forties. There wasn't a 720p model that could save you some cash?

Yeah there were some nice 720p models laying around but I wanted to go all out for a great bedroom TV. I wasn't that worried since I had a grand sitting in my bank account and $699 sounded fine to me.
Well, from what I understand, almost half of their programming, in recent months, is live action. But, originally, I was taking a potshot at the garbage they try to pass as "cartoons", nowadays.
