That's not bad, but for $40 and the trouble you're better off with the official wireless. If MS allowed USB adapters, I'd be in, but that ain't gonna happen.
Never minded it either. I consider wireless to be something that isn't connected to the actual system. It's wireless to me and comfortable so I'll stick with the stock headset

I had the wireless headset for original X-Box. It was too sensitive and picked up fans and stuff in the room. I prefer the regular wired one. I also prefer the Socom PS2 headset over a blutooth. Friends seem to have trouble hearing me on both of my blu tooth headsets on my PS3. Wired seems like the best way for me.
