I was leaving work today and saw this sign...

Looks like the full screen will come with the t-shirts that were with the season sets awhile back and the wide screen comes with little plastic figures.

Well, I was planning to buy the movie, but I've since shunned Wal*Mart and refused to go back and little toys aren't enough to make me give those bastards my money.

Thanks anyway OP, Maybe some other store will have a nice little promo.
 
Well I wasn't planning on getting it since apparently a bunch of known deleted scenes and extras are not on the movie which many people are expecting Fox will double dip this movie soon enough, but if the figures are cool looking and the price is right I may have to bite.

Got season 9 with the t shirt during the summer, its kind of ugly, but I saw it as a unique limited memorabilia that wouldnt be available elsewere and $25 for season 9 wasn't bad.
 
Grrr.. once again blu ray gets screwed..

I seriously want those though.. I may end up driving to multiple stores..

Does the map at CC come in a package, or are you given it at time of purchase at register?

Let's see, lead tainted toys from china for just a movie or to go with an inferior viewing format for a movie just for a tshirt. i'll pass walmart. This goes iwthout saying that Fox is already going to triple dip on this one. You heard it first.
 
When WalMart does those bonus addons with dvds they are always $19.99, no matter if its a dvd included, cd, t-shirt, etc.

So Ill go with target as well. Those toys arent worth $7

$12 at Target? I'll get mine there probably. I saw the picture of these figures in a flyer I got in the mail yesterday and they look shitty. I'd prefer just the normal poses of the figures and not them doing stupid stuff

I want this on Blu Ray but am having a hard time justifying paying double for it with really no bonuses. I mean how much better with the animation look in Blu Ray anyway? Doesn't seem like enough to justify the cost difference.
 
with only 20 per store, the simpsons will go quick.. Im going in at 10 am tuesday :)

Its gonna cost 20 bucks to get the toys.. and another 29.99 for the movie.

But damnit. itll be worth it.

Yes lawdood, the quality difference is worth it. Have BB Price match CC or Walmart and it goes down to 28 bucks.

Get it on blu ray.
