Yeah, I think it mentions it in the terms and agreements. I wish there was a community for swapping such material. I'm guessing age verification along with just the content in general is the reason it isn't allowed. Also it is a gaming site even though other topics/deals are discussed.

Hypothetically, would you want to send pornography across state lines to someone who could very well be a minor? That would look great on a background check when applying for a job.

Mint condition: No fluids anywhere to be found on the magazine.
Good condition: Minor splooge-age encrusted to the pages, but overall nothing gross.
Poor condition: You can barely make out the pictures, they're completely white at this point.
 
Milky probably has the best solution for you.

I would assume they offer back-issues somewhere on their site (as most publications do).

I said materials, which includes DVD's. Also some people (eBayers) do have sealed copies of certain magazines just like CAG's havesealed games.

why? It's not like he's asking, "does anyone on here have porn I can look at?" He's asking where it can be obtained. Once he's directed to the appropriate site, they'll perform the age verification process there, so there's no circumventing the age issue (at least with this topic). I understand the issue of porn in general on a non-age restricted forum, but something like this shouldn't be an issue... just my logical 2 cents.

And to contribute to the OP... ebay/amazon will probably be your best bet. Use PB site to determine the issue number, then search the other sites using that info.

To the best of my memory, whenever I've seen discussion about this it generally seemed to get nixed. I don't know the exact rules about it which is why I didn't make a definitive statement. I was just giving the OP a notice that it might end up being a problem.

Fair Condition: It is missing a few pages, because I didn't want to carry the whole magazine with me to the bathroom.

Seems pretty crazy to me that Playboy isnt allowed on the forums!!

I mean what about M rated video games, to trade here do u also have to supply Identicifation to the seller that you are 17 and legally entitled to purchase/play the game!?

Most states don't have LAWS about M-rated games either, and most states don't have you seeing jailtime if an M-rated game gets into a minors hand.
