Sins of a Solar Empire?

Looking for Sins of a Solar Empire, with box/manual, new. Saw signage for it at my local Target (Turlock, CA) for $19.99, but they were OoS.

Is this deal at other Targets or can my fellow CAGers help me find a similar/better deal?

I've seen Sins of a Solar Empire priced it $19.99 at three different Targets by me so I believe it is a national sale. It's not on sale on the web site though...

Saw it yesterday at a Target in Illinois for $20 (2 copies left)

Also saw it clearanced last month at a different Target for $9.98.
