If im a beginner, how wide should the board be, low or mid trucks, whta kind of bearings, etc? Thanks in advance.

I buy all my skateboard as well as paintball products through actvil.com. If you are a beginner, I would recommend just buying a cheap complete deck, with no name brands, until you start to build skill. Board width and length is pretty general, anything will do between 29-31 inches long and 7-8 inches wide. I use Element Fiberlite decks, Grind King titanium trucks with Grind King risers, Shorty's hardware, Bones Swiss ceramic bearings, and regular cheap ass grip tape.

CCS for all your needs. I got an element deck, indy trucks, spitfire wheels, can't be beat, IMO. But CCS can hook you up real nice, as long as you shop during the right time.
