Sketchy DS auction, but a good deal. Do I risk it? Help Me!

So, I've wanted a DS Lite Onyx for a while now, and prices on ebay have been consistently above retail. However, recently there has been a seller supposedly selling brand new DS's for 100 dollars. Here is the auction.

I sent him a question and this was the answer I got:

"Yes it comes with all this...(instructions, box, charger) This item is brand new, factory seal in it box"

Now I'm fairly wary about this, as 1, it's from puerto rico, 2, it's free shipping, 3 he's supposedly got over 60 of them and 4 it's a good 30 dollars less than what they actually go for normally. I really think this is a scam, but I really want this. Should I do it? or should I wait for it?
 
I've been both buying and selling at eBay for 9 years, now... I wouldn't buy from this person. That's my instinct.

Unless, of course you have an extra $100 you're willing to risk...
 
If you read his feedback one says

"Bought a 2 season series for about $26, in store $100! What a DEAL! ThAnKs!!!"


So this guy could be real. He does give good deals like the cheap the DS is.


But I think you should wait til he gets alittle more positive feedback before you do anything.
