I was just screwed over in a deal by pookiemeister. I would suggest not buying from him. The communication was horrible and in the end, I got screwed.

He never had any posts regarding a trade with him, either. He (avon) has four posts in the referral thread and then this post.

Don't worry about proving it. I've seen what I need to see. The negative has been removed because it was unwarranted.
 
Came in here to recommend Skygunner, cause it's a fun game! and avon is a spammer, he's sent refferal spam through PMs(haha pms) to a bunch of people.

Just ban him, he obviously sucks ass :)

Yeah, I remember that I did have to tell him that random PM's are nothing more than a way to get banned.

He took that hint, haven't seen any more of that.

To me, this should be the last straw, though. The threadcrapping and posting phony feedback crap is just plain not cool.
 
It wasn't phony feedback. I can forward the PM's to anyone who wants to see it. Me and pookiemeister were trading referrals. I did his offer first being that that's only reasonable since I didn't have any feedback. Mine went green on his site really quick. I payed for it so it would be instant. He was horrible with communication but eventually did my offer after a long while. Then his status went green on my page and was shortly thereafter rejected, which caused him to say that it was "Not his problem. Simple as that." I politely asked him several times for us to talk so we could try to resolve this. Then he finally responded and was a total jerk about it. He has his ipod and now I have a bum referral.

And ya I did spam in the beginning and I stopped. I apologized too. I didn't realize I was breaking the rules by messaging people who I thought might be interested. Once I was contacted about it, I stopped immediately and apologized.
 
You guys are very right. I should have elaborated when I originally posted. It was silly for me to post something about him without having any story to it.

I didn't post for my own gratification. It will get me nothing if he doesn't sell stuff. I know he's not going to do his end of the offer. I just want to prevent other people from getting screwed. A referral trade does not mean that we will trade "attempts" to go green. It means that both sides WILL go green as part of the deal. I think that's only fair.
 
Thought I'd chirp in here...thread was supposed to be about a potential sale, but my buddy here decided to hijack it. Shrike already removed his fraudulent feedback twice, but thought id defend myself for the rest of the audience.

I just confirmed my order for my free mini mac.

ya i got other people to do it on refstop.com and my friends. Even you said yourself that the offer was rejected. I sent screenshots of that to Shrike.
 
I left feedback not to get my referral but so that people won't make the same mistake I did. So if anything, I think that corroborates my statements. If people want to trade with you they should know to get their half first.
