My fat died. After I hit it with a heat gun it died a week later. I've finaly embraced that its time for a replacement. I know I probably missed out on the toys r us deal. Any others out there?

I feel you man. My 60 just died about two weeks ago. it's currently being "looked at" by a friend. I'm probably just going to break down and buy a new slim as well. even though that means no new games for a while. Newegg is selling it for 249 with free shipping and no tax. so far thats the best i've seen.

Watch the Amazon warehouse deals thread. Good deals on PS3s are always popping up there. I scored a 'like new" 160GB for 180 there and it came in actually new.
