Sly 2: Band of Thieves -- $12 at Wal-Mart

I'm not sure if this is a corporate price reduction or if it was specific to the store, but I purchased Sly 2: Band of Thieves tonight for $12 out of Wal-Mart's electronics clearance section. They also had Jak II and Jak 3 there, as well as some, ah, "lesser" titles.

They did still have one copy of Ico for $7.
