I'm looking for a small television (maybe 13-15 inch) for my bedroom. I'd like something flat and under $300 (that didn't sound right ;) ). A headphone jack and wall-mountable would be a plus. Oh yeah, a nice picture would be nice too.

just about any tv would work them

on a side note, last time i took the wife to go buy a "small" tv, she ended up getting me to buy a 36" hdtv ready samsung... for the bedroom!
 
If you live near an Albertsons or a Save-on they have a 19 or 20 inch flat screen tv for around $100. It's a Sylvania with a headphone jack and a s-video input, plus it has a extra input jack on the front. It has an okay picture for the price. It's just a basic flat-screen tv.
 
I assume you mean just a flat picture tube, but by flat do you mean an LCD TV (the thinner ones) or just a regular TV with a flat picture tube (that should be very easy to find a nice one for under $300)?
 
I hate saying this but big box retailers have 19 inch for $89. If you want it flat (which you do) they cost about $129 bucks for a 20 inch.
