Well its not like you're going to eat out my kid.
I also think there's a couple sodas that actually don't have a diet aftertaste. Granted, one group is cause it's a clear soda, but I seriously can't find a diet aftertaste in Sierra Mist/Sprite/7-Up. The other is root beer. The diet form of that doesn't seem to have an aftertaste to me either.
Well Sierra Mist/ Sprite and 7-up are already light in taste so diet wouldn't be that much of a difference from regular, especially with Sierra Mist.

Also never drink 7-up plus. Worst tasting soda ever.

I wasn't too keen on it at first. It's ok, but I can only drink about half a can

Yes, I'm amazed that they still sell it. Or perhaps the problem is that they haven't sold out the first batch yet.

I bought a twelve pack of it once just to try it out. Damn thing sat in fridge for months before I junked it.

Other bad tasting sodas are C2, the low carb coke and Pepsi one.

Don't worry your pleasure will be over soon enough.

Any artificial sweetener gives me a headache and makes me want to vomit. Even a stick of gum.

Sierra Mist > anything

i cant bear to chicken-peck it out twice ^^;

also, its the artyificiall sweetener that gives me headaches too. sudeki wasn't That bad, and mixing strawberry soda with sprite and a little orange soda is sooooo good.

i dont have letters on my keyboared, whivh makes not being able to type with both hands that much more complicated, so i may be mia more or less! (at least in replies)

Damn >_<

That sucks. Hopefully you'll be back in no time. I can only imagine how much that hurt.

On a side note, Zion, did you have to take the ACS Organic Chemistry Exam? Cause I'm trying to find out what the test is like from people who've had it. Thanks.

Not sure now that I think about it, I've taken the ACS Inorganic Chemistry test, your advantage is that most of the people who've taken it haven't taken an organic class in a while to the questions shouldn't be super pointed, however rest assured some fraction of them will deal with material you never covered.

Hope your hand heals quickly :D Thankfully I've never cut myself enough to need stitches, but it definitely sucks to be out one hand.

How do you not have letters on your keyboard? Did they wear off?

They had DDR in my student center two days ago. Ultramix and Ultramix 2. They had a couple crappy pads that moved around when I played, but I showed a couple people there how to do some more difficult songs. It was weird to have non-14 year olds talking to me while playing. I get hit on by 14 year old girls way too much.

I doubt sblymnl would mind, but I don't want to get arrested ;)

Probably because 90% of the women in Spokane are 14.;)

Yes, that is definitely true. I had one girl around that age ask if she could be my stalker. I told her I already had too many but I'd add her to the waiting list. She then followed me around the mall from a distance the entire time I was there.

Good ol' Spokane. It's kind of scary I'm going to miss it on some level when I move in just over a week.

Miss and Spokane in the same sentance how odd.

But hey when you come crawling back in 5 years they will all be legal.;)

Yeah, I'm worried to come back to Spokane because of the "Curse of Spokane" I have heard so much about.

You move off to a different town, get a job, live your life. Then you come back to Spokane. It's cheaper to live here, has a small town feel...nice place to raise the kids.... Then you start to overlook the problems of the town and decide to move back.

It's almost like The Dionaea House

Ok, I'm sure you get asked this a billion times but seeing as you're from spokane, you ever get a chance to meet the Penny Arcade guys?

This would be the first time I have been asked ;)

And no, I have not. They both live in the Seattle area, which is about a 4-5 hour drive from here (although I have a friend who can do it in 3-3.5). Me with no car makes it difficult to get out there. They occasionally come out to Spokane but they both have a more passionate hate for the city than I ever will.

I'm sure I'll see them at E3, or some other convention that I may go to in the future. I think it would be interesting to meet them, get a quickly drawn piece from Mike, but I'm not as obsessed as some of the people they talk about ;)

Oh, they spoke about Spokane so much I thought they still lived there.

i did and i kive nowhere near spokane, so anything's possible...and yes, most of the letters have worn off with the exeption of like...qwuphzx&b...lol. my keypad's somewhat faded and the arrows are completerly gone from playing fps' and mmo's. So i'm going one handed and much slower (and have to keep going back to fix stuff). gahhh....this sucks!!

Don't you know the keys by memory already? I haven't had to look at my keys since my last typing class in high school. It was all downhill from there. I meant high school not typing. ;)

Still not going to admit that painkillers have anything to do with it?:D

I have, on my left hand. Still have the scars after 15 years, one on the palm and one on the base of my thumb. I know what that's like.

I didn't need stitches for it, but I did get a wicked cut on my right palm. For some reason, there was a razor in the side panel of my dad's car one time, and I reached into the thing to get something. Unfortunately, I got a handful of razor instead. I still have a scar on my right palm to this day from it. That cut bled like there was no tomorrow though.

It's never a good thing to hear the doctor tell you cut your hand in just the right place.

To make a long story short, I was walking along the top tier of a bleacher, 2 of the 3 support screws gave way, as did the bleacher, and I fell from the top of it. Left hand hit the support post and cut my hand on the palm and along the base of the thumb.

According to the doctor, if the one on my palm was 1/4" to the left, I would've had nerve damage in my thumb, index finger and middle finger, 1/4" to the right, would've done the same to other two fingers. The doctor said I couldn't have picked a better spot if I planned it.

16 stitches for the one on my palm, 5 for the one on the base of my thumb.

Over 15 years ago, if memory serves.

That reminds me, I still have 20 tabs of hydrocodone from when I had my wisdom teeth removed 2 1/2 years ago. I never took any of it.

i wish! stupid doc poured peroxide And alcohol on it before she even numbed anything, them squirted some of the nimbimg solution inside the cut by mistake, which burns even worse then straight alcohol. :hot:
she suggested reg asprin but thankfully i know better cause asprin thins the bloodm so no, no painkillers~ i'm just hardcore like that  ...:| ...

Ah, ok. Didn't realize it was due to a hand surgery. I didn't pick up on that till everyone started talking about their 'war injuries'.:D

Yes, the scar I have on my palm looks like a half-assed attempt to cross-connect my heart lines and life lines.
