It won't happen - I tried to get local stores to PM it, they wouldn't do it, saying it must've been clearance since it was so low (Contra was $8 and some change). It wasn't clearance. I phoned a couple of their other stores out of state and they wouldn't be able to match it, and they didn't know why that store had it for so cheap.

My location is secret! Guessed is right.. if I won't tell him, I won't tell anyone! No one must raid my secret source!

Yeah, it's not anywhere near Nashville. Rhino is a nice store (they have Otogi 2 for $19.95 on as a "Blowout Price", if your store still has it), but that's not it. The BTTF wasn't at this place, that was at a pawn shop. I would've gotten it, but like Guessed said, it retails for $20.
 
How much were the Ninja Gaidens and FF2s? It's difficult to come by a deal on Tecmo games-- they keep those suckers full price for years.
 
he's selling ff2 for $30 and NG for $25, so they must have been under that. i'm guessing $5 mark up on each, but we may never know since much of this deal is classified information.

I won't tell you the retailer because it was as YMMV as it can get (they checked other stores and this was the only store that had a markdown)..

I will say that my total was a little under $80.

Man, back in December, when I was shopping for an engagement ring, I found a decent looking copy of Ninja Gaiden for nine bucks at one of the local pawn shops.
Still kicking myself for not buying it.

..correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't "hoarding" mean I bought everything? Yeah.. Uh.. I kept one copy of Fatal Frame, sold the other two pretty cheap, grabbed one Contra when there was like 18.. sold both Ninja Gaidens.. yeah, I really hoarded it all :roll: This is the bragging rights forum, not the 'post cheap ass deal' forum.. everyone has their secret store that they get great deals at.
