So is Wario Ware worth the $50??
Yes I read the thread. The question was, is the game worth $50? My answer was no, since I was able to finish the single player game in under 3 hours. I didn't see much replay value after that. What part of that didn't you get?
The part where you think you finished the game. You are wrong.
But, I don't expect much from someone who would be proud to own a POS hummer.

Yeah, the Hummer is a pos. You not being able to afford one is the problem.

Yes it is a POS. Nice try but I can afford anything I want, Mr. I-had-to-sell-my-Wii.

I got the game in a 10% off e-mail from bestbuy.com e-mail a while ago. Though I don't think it's worth $50.00, I'm biased, as most CAG's are here, on paying full MSRP. Normally, it's a new Mario, Mario Kart, Metroid, or Zelda that gets that kind of full MSRP spending. That said, it's a great game that is a lot of fun with the wii's unique controls and certainly has specific mini-games that will pull you back in to playing them many time (I really like the sword fights). Definitely worth $30 to $35 IMHO.

Multi-player is a blast and many non-gamers are pulled into WW: SM just like Wii Sports, so it's a good non-gamer game to boot.

Didn't have to sell it, I just figured why not make a $200 profit before the market became flooded.

The game Warioware for the Wii is NOT worth $50. Unlockable content or not. Sure, maybe its age appropriate for children and they can play it for hours, but as a game - 3 hours to complete or so and hardly any real reason to play it again single player, barely enough when playing multiplayer (one person plays at a time?) = not worth it.
Oh, I paid around $40 or so from Tower Records - still, not worth it. Far more fun with Wii sports still.

$200 to me isn't worth the hassle of selling it.
Ignorance is bliss as they say.
Not ignorant at all. I've played the shit out of the first 3 and have played the Wii version a decent amout at a friends.

It's a good game, just not near worth $50.

I'm not rich, nor a Nintendo fanboy that only has a Wii and will buy every decent game that comes out to have something to play on it.

Very few games are worth $50, and I have multiple systems to keep me occupied by always having plenty of cheap games available.

While I agree that this game is not worth $50 I still wanted to buy it, and I purchased it as soon as it came out. I purchased it with my trade-in credit that I had at FYE leftover from trading in some TRU clearance games. After the amount of trade-in credit that I received, I ended up only spending around $23 for the games I traded in and that is an excellent price for this game.

I guess that would be my advice for anyone who wants this game and doesn't want to pay the $50 for it. Get some cheap clearance games somewhere and trade them in somewhere else for mucho credit.

I don't quite get why you're being so hostile? If some of us think Warioware isn't worth $50.00... well, then so be it. You don't have to be a dick to everyone just because you don't agree with them.

This game is fun till you beat all the mini games. Haven't touched it since. The Multiplayer sucks. If you want a good party game just get the orginal.

Well, yeah, I "spent" $50 to get it, but it was in this way. It only cost me $20. But I don't think ANY game (yes, even Zelda - and not any other game I can think of) is "worth" $50 in real money, so to me that's a moot point. I think WarioWare Smooth Moves is worth $30 though, and that's pretty much the max I would pay for a game (my true max is probably $35). So that's a pretty good recommendation from me. But no, I wouldn't lay down $50 in cash for it by any means .

I picked this up used (I kid you not) from an EB not far from where I live two days after it was released. I had one of those lil yellow trade in coupon books that are defunct now for an extra 10% off on top of my Edge so I nailed it for $34. I traded in my Marvel Ultimate Alliance and only paid 10 bucks but I kinda regret it only because I miss MUA, not because Warioware is bad or anything. Short as it is its still fun to just go back and play, its a workout with Dr Crygor and the wife and I adore Darts and Bungee Buddies in Multiplayer.
