Download quicktime to watch the video or VLC as liquid night suggested. The video is just a montage of him sniping in the beginning, the middle shows you where the blind skull is and has him fighting the covenant without weapons, and the end is him practicing shooting fusion cores. The video is the text portion just in far less words. Now after I've played through the first level 3 times with blind skull I decided to unleash on some unsuspecting players in team training.

so its basically. "practice with the blind skull" hmmm I might try that. it'd be kinda funny to come back and be able to outsnipe everyone.
