"Sold by X, fulfilled by amazon" - work with credit?

CAGiversary!
Title says it all. If a game is sold by another vendor on Amazon, but is "fulfilled by amazon", will credit work? Was looking at a few deals that seemed decent but wasn't sure:

$6.80 for Jericho (360): http://www.amazon.com/Clive-Barkers-Jericho-Xbox-360/dp/B000R0SR9E/ref=pd_sim_vg_1
$6.60 for Dark Sector (360): http://www.amazon.com/Dark-Sector-X...ef=acc_glance_vg_ai_purchase_similarities_t_5
$7.82 for Mad World (Wii): http://www.amazon.com/MadWorld-Nintendo-Wii/dp/B0019SY1D4/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1292693962&sr=8-7

It depends on what kind of credit you have. If it was from a promotion Amazon had like when everyone got $20 from buying Halo Reach, then the credit will only work when Amazon is the seller. If you have a gift card balance, it will work for any seller since that is like cash.
Hope that helps.

I can attest to this as I just bought a couple copies of Kane & Lynch 2 for PS3 that were sold by HubbaGames but fulfilled by Amazon a few days ago. My gift card credit worked just fine on that purchase.

Gift card balances work with any merchant on Amazon.com, even if it isn't fulfilled by Amazon. Like djooba said, the promotional credits towards video games that you get from preordering are only good for games sold by Amazon.
