Ya, I actually do have one. But I tried it the other day, and I'm not sure whether its the electrical adapter that's not working or the game gear itself. It takes 6 batteries without the adapter...

I'll try to find 6 batteries to see if it works then. BTW, it's missing both battery cover things, but otherwise it's in pretty good condition.
