Can you pay your bill with this? Like add it to my account and then it will draw from that for the next few months. Or is it only for new customers? Sorry if that's a stupid question, I feel like some other place like hulu or Spotify was like that.

GCs stack on your account and netflix draws from your GC credit on a monthly basis. You do not need to be a new customer.
